5 hours late is disrespectful and, but waiting for 5 hrs to get an interview is even sadder.
being an hour late, sure might be forgivable under some circumstances. but fucken 5 hours? thats just disrespectful.

I would have left after max 30 minutes for sure. If you are an asshole and don't have basic manners or respect for other people, why would I waste my time on you. I do it with my customers too. If you are late 10 minutes or more, have the courtesy of informing the person or call off the meeting and organize another one. But then again, it's not much of a surprise that he is a complete asshole and has barely enough brain capacity to breathe.
