This is no puplic (US-version) school, but a privat one. Is that system fucked up ? Yes very much so, but the school work on the same premises as companies do, and like Twitter can ban Trump and like a Bakery can deny service the school can, too. Students along with their families are expected to reinforce the Christian community at our school." This means, that anyone not "reinforcing" christian values, will not be accepted in the school - and with that a mother who "exposes" herself is viewed as a disturbance of it
