They should install a stopper on the wheels to prevent this from dumbass drivers who forget to handbrake

placing cars on elevated platforms and relying on the drivers not to forget the parking brake is bad design and accidents waiting to happen.

Im sure parking lots are among the most dangerous places. They are dark, deserted, dirty. Half the shootings and kidnaps in movies happens there. Who tf came up with this title.
