Kinda misleading. Aerogel in its standard form is extremely brittle and wouldnt even withstand a finger trying to crack it. Not to mention 2 pounds of dynamite. But jeah, depending on how you use it and what type of aerogel you use, yes. Maybe it would withstand that.

It's also very water absorbant. Don't make a post about something if you didn't look into the best features. It would be possible for example to use aerogel to suck up all moistness from something, or someone. And that's terrifying.
