honestly, its an improvement. my parents did the same thing. its not that we werent allowed to complain about food, but we had to be specific about why we didnt like it (too salty, too sweet). i think it has given me a better appreciation of foods, and being able to modify foods slightly

Bad parenting. I think they should be allowed to find gross whatever they want. A chi ds pallate needs to develop. They need to taste something twelve times or more before they like it in some cases. Don't tell them to shut up about what bothersmthem. Celebrate them instead when they try a bit anyway. Thismis their job and jobs suck. Be someone who respects them for doing the job anyway.
