I worked a place that had dipped cones right out of high school. If the ice cream was too soft, it would sometimes fall out of the cone, and you had to fish it out of the chocolate. We had to offer it to the customer but if they didn't want it we got to eat it. I'd drown it in strawberry sauce and go to town.
